Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied due to a production error on our part, we will reprint or refund your order — no questions asked.

Eligible for Reprint or Refund

  • Printing defects during normal use
  • Embroidery or design errors
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Significant deviation from approved proof
  • Garment manufacturing defects

Not Eligible

  • Errors in customer-provided artwork
  • Color variations within industry tolerances
  • Sizing issues when correct sizes were ordered and confirmed
  • Change of mind after proof approval

How to Request

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@printoradesigns.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before proof approval at no charge. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted — custom items cannot be restocked.
