All orders require a design proof approval via email before production begins. Once you approve the proof, we proceed to production. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any logos, artwork, or text submitted. Printora Designs is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for best output quality.
Prices are quoted per order and are valid for 7 days. A deposit of 50% may be required to begin production. Final payment is due before shipping.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush orders may be available at an additional charge. Printora Designs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Slight shrinkage (up to 5%) is normal for 100% cotton garments after washing. We recommend following care labels. Size charts are provided as guides — please verify before ordering.
Colors on screen may differ slightly from printed output. We match Pantone colors when specified. We provide print-ready proofs and are not responsible for color variations not flagged during proof approval.
Minimum order quantities apply to various products. Bundle deals require all specified quantities as listed.
Orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping costs are quoted separately. Delivery times are estimates only.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
